Why does Atma Vichara seem difficult?

  • Attend on the self is cutting the very root of ego, but would we be able and willing to do so?
• Verse 25 ulladu napadu. Explains what ego is. It has no form of its own. It takes form of what it grasps
• If ego seeks to know its own reality, it takes flight since it cannot be grasped
• It is the easiest, but it seems to be difficult due to our unwillingness to completely let go and surrender
• Atma samarpanam
• Kevala nirvikalpa samadhi is only manolaya and not mano nasa
• Ulladu napadu verse 26 is true sanyasa which is giving up ego.
